Welcome to our beginner’s pole dance class at The Pole Palace Dance Studio! This class is designed specifically for brand new beginners who are eager to learn the art of pole dancing. Whether you’re new to fitness or simply curious about pole dance, this class will guide you through the foundational moves and techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment. In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn basic spins, climbs, and transitions, all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Our experienced instructor will break down each move step-by-step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you progress. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to have fun, challenge yourself, and discover the empowering world of pole dance! We recommend wearing fitness shorts and a tank top or sports bra. We use skin to grip onto the pole! Please no lotions, oils or jewelry during class.♔

Discover the grace and elegance of both static and spin pole in our Majestic Pole class. This class is tailored to both beginners and intermediate level students. Immerse yourself in the fluidity and artistry of spin pole, while also building strength, confidence, and poise on and off the pole.
We will switch off weeks of learning invert and climb conditioning, basic fundamentals, spin tricks and choreography to tie the previous weeks together.
Heels or socks encouraged for freestyle at the end of class, but not required.♔

Welcome to your first 6 weeks of Pole Dance! In this 6 week series, we will focus on basic pole moves such as walks, pirouettes, holds and beginner static spins. You will be with the same group for each class at the same day and time each week. After completing Series 1, you will then have the choice to move into Series 2 which will be another 6 week continuation of the previous series. No prior experience necessary! Just come ready to try something new and empowering! ♔

Come join Tatiana as you decompress from your hectic and stressful day. Our evening class focuses on Hatha Yoga helping the mind and body to relax. The slower flow, focusing on the breath work, meditating and restorative yoga poses helps to clear the mind and bring oneself to the present moment deepening your own intuitive wisdom of the body and mind. You will learn a series of dynamic sequences to help you connect to the breath for a more rejuvenating and relaxing experience. All levels of yoga experience are welcome for this class.☾

Empower Hour is your ultimate conditioning session designed to build the strength, stamina, and flexibility needed to elevate your pole journey. This class combines targeted exercises, core work, and dynamic movements to help you conquer tricks and transitions with confidence. In this class we will work on ab circuits, climb conditioning exercises, invert conditioning exercises, basic strengthening exercises, flexibility, and freestyle practice. Expect to practice basic transitions, pirouettes, body waves, etc. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned poler, Empower Hour will leave you feeling strong, capable, and ready to shine on the pole! ♔

Elevate your pole skills with this sultry beginner Pleasers Stilettos choreography class. This class emphasizes fluidity and control by focusing on hips, legs, and ankles. After ankle conditioning, we will work on movements such as leg wave variations, heel clacks, and shoe box glides. You’ll also incorporate body waves and floorwork, creating a full-body experience that blends into a stunning, seductive choreography. What to Bring: Heels 6” or higher and knee pads are highly recommended; socks are a great alternative. Step into your sensual side and get ready to move, express and explore confidently in your stilettos ♔
